Currency

All transactions are processed in the currency shown on the product and checkout pages. In case your base currency differs from our website then standard conversion rates will be applicable which will be disclosed to you at the time of your purchase.

Variation

Slight color variations are always possible because of the nature of leather or appearance of colors on digital platform might create ambiguity but we ensure that each product carries a finesse deemed to the photographic process.

Shipping

Delivery

Order processing commence upon payment is received and delivery time estimates are calculated based on working days. In case of any uncertain circumstances, delivery time might change but on contrary we adhere to meet our timelines.

We ensure easy returns so that remain happy with your purchase. Incase you have made an error in purchasing or not satisfied with purchase we will accommodate your request that serves your convenience.

Inaccuracy

In case of in-accurate mailing address provided by the customer or unavailability of person to accept delivery in two attempts by the courier; it will subject to withheld at bounded facility which might take additional time and fees to undergo the retrieving process.

Liability

Any custom duty or other levies of any kind will be under customer’s obligation. We will not be liable of any losses resulting in delays in custom process or additional surcharge but not limited to damage, delay, miss delivery or non-delivery of your orders by Courier Company.
