We are although very strict about our quality control and all our products comes with a 1-year warranty, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

In case you changed your mind or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact our support team at support@mushiofficial.com as we would love to help you exchange or refund your purchase keeping in mind that it must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

All goods returned to us must comply with the terms and conditions, as well as the returns procedure; otherwise, we reserve the right to return the item/s back to you.

Keep a note that leather has its unique natural orientation and it’s prepared from vegetable extracts which means that top grain of leather is not treated with any synthetic spraying finishers. There are possibilities that hides have residual stretch marks or minor scars which are occasionally visible when it ages with you, these adds to the charm of leather because the sourcing of our leather from hides used for meat industry and slaughterhouses. If you think the item is damaged such as broken stitch or damaged, we can either exchange the item or refund you.
