Return Procedure

If you’re reading this section, then sadly you might have changed your mind about the product. It would mean a great deal to us if you could give us some feedback about your experience with us, this way we can continue to improve our products with hope that you can give us another chance to impress you in the future.

Please email your reservation at return@mushiofficial.com with Order reference no mentioned on subject line. We will review your request and revert immediately as these concerns at of utmost importance.

Please care to take note of the following considerations before sending the goods back to us:

  • Unused: Goods must be in a condition which can be opt for a resale. We prefer keeping its original condition with appropriate packing.
  • Timeframe: Returns will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of the package. Incase of any due diligence we will keep you informed.
  • Dispatch: It would be helpful if you ensure its dispatch within 30 days because receiving the goods and closing the concern in a timely manner is crucial to us.
  • Cost: Our customer origins are diverse therefore we urge our customer to take responsibility for return postage costs and duties. If return duties are to be paid, we will pay them at our end and adjust these to your refund after speaking with you. Please accept our apologies in this context.
  • Refund: When issuing a refund, please allow a minimum of 5 days for the money to be issued back into your account from our refund notification date. Refunds are issued via the original method of payment only.

Kindly note that our registered office does not cater returns. We will send you the address of return after your request has been reviewed and approved. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for items sent to the wrong address.

If you are returning an item to us, please include your contact information in the package. Your contact information should include your full name, return address, active phone number and / or email address. Please explain the reason for the return and your concerned reservation.
